About Us

Kathryn M. Cox, LPC-S is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Decatur, Alabama.  Kathryn has specialized training and certification in trauma and PTSD as well as mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, anger issues, LGBTQ, and grief.  Kathryn received her BA in Psychology from the University of South Alabama and her MS in Professional Counseling from Southern Christian University.  She has been in practice for over 20 years, and in her own private practice for 9 years.  Kathryn works with clients of all ages, races, and ethnicities.  She is a member of the Alabama Counseling Association, the American Counseling Association, the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation and the International Association of Trauma Professionals.  

Gregory N. Graham, LPC-S is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides counseling to children (beginning age 8), adolescents, and adults from all walks of life who are facing many challenges in their lives, are dealing with difficult situations, or have mental health issues they would like to address.

Greg received his BA in Psychology from Auburn University and his MS in Clinical Psychology from Southwest Missouri State University. He has been in practice over 20 years.
Greg has experience working with clients who have a wide range of mental health issues, relationship difficulties, difficulty coping with change, and daily stressors. Counseling/psychotherapy is a collaborative process between the client and therapist. Both parties have a vital part in this process. Greg is confident that together, you can accomplish the change you seek. 

Kathy Hyatt Tanner, LICSW, PIP is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with a variety of clients.    Kathy received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and her Master of Social Work degree from Barry University in Florida. Kathy has been in practice over 28 years. She joins us on a part-time basis with appointments on monthly Friday afternoons and evenings. In addition to her work as a full-time therapist, Kathy is also a licensed real estate agent.
